On October 3rd at Gillette Stadium NTL will be volunteering for the 10th year in a row for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Last year we had a lot of fun and helped make a huge difference throughout the day. We are needed from 8am- noon and I am asking for everyone to go online and register for the event. We will be meeting at the NTL tent in the Gillette Stadium parking lot with donuts, bagels and juice between 7:30am and 8:30am, taking a group picture and then off to work. Please register online in order for headcount and t-shirt if you need one.
Millions of people are affected by this disease and my own Aunt was diagnosed 10 years ago at the young age of 57 and lost her battle this past winter. Trevor and I took this event on when my Aunt was initially diagnosed and we appreciate all of the support from the NTL volunteers who help make this day a huge success.
ABOUT THE WALK
The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease, the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death.
Thank you and we are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
