| Bruce is currently
President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board
of Directors of MooBella, Inc. Prior to that, in May 1999, Bruce
transformed a food industry consulting and equipment trading hobby
to an operating business entity. That business, New England Ice
Cream Corporation, now has four operating divisions, services over
4,000 distribution points and employs 70 people on a full time basis.
Bruce is the sole owner of the company which is run by a senior
leadership team.
Bruce is a former Director of the Frozen Food
Association of New England and the Massachusetts Food Association,
a former President of the International Association of Ice Cream
Vendors and a current Director and Hall of Fame inductee of the
New England Convenience Store Association. Bruce also is a member
of the group that founded and funded the successful start up of
the Worcester Tornadoes professional baseball team.
In May 2009, Bruce was elected to the Board of
Directors of Mac-Gray (NYSE listed as TUC). Bruce received his Bachelor
of Science in 1980 and his M.B.A. in 1982 from Boston College. |

Ed has more than 20 years
of sales and marketing experience in the high-technology industry.
His teams have produced over $900 million in revenues averaging
200% annual growth. Ed has consulted and collaborated on the execution
of sales and marketing models with ShipIQ (division of Repsol YPF),
PCCW/HKT, SkyFish, WBT Systems, Cognex, Powerhouse Interactive,
LiveSmart (division of GE) and others.
Ed has also been responsible for operationalizing
and managing sales and marketing organizations for several fast-growth
companies. As vice president of business development and managing
director of client development operations for ZEFER, a leading Internet
consulting company, Ed was responsible for growing revenues from
$1 million to a run rate of $170 million within 18 months. At SYSTECH,
a Web-based supply chain solutions company, he was vice president
of sales and marketing and led the turnaround of the sales channel,
resulting in a growth rate of 360%, and was able to position the
company for acquisition. Prior to SYSTECH, Ed was sales director
for ANSYS, a design process optimization solutions company, where
he led the development and execution of the new sales model, resulting
in growth from $8 million to over $65 million in 30 months. As a
result, ANSYS was able to initiate an IPO nine months ahead of schedule.

David is managing partner of John
T. Chipman & Company, LLP, a full service certified public accounting
firm, with offices in Norwood and Franklin, Massachusetts. David
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc.
His dedication to youth and the community has
been demonstrated through David’s past and present membership
on several boards of not for profit organizations. David co-founded
X Ice Hockey, LLC, a summer youth hockey league and remains actively
involved with his children’s youth sports and activities.
David is a 1983 graduate of Assumption College with a Bachelors
of Arts degree in Business Administration.
David resides in Wrentham with his wife
Alison and their children Emily, Daniel, Julia, and Melanie. He
enjoys playing golf and is a member at Franklin Country Club where
he has previously served as an officer and on the board of directors
for the club.

VP Finance - Kodiak Venture Partners |
Penny manages all finance and administration
functions of the firm; including financial reporting, tax reporting, compliance,
human resources, facilities, and investor relations. She works closely with Investing
Partners on all deal closings and tracking of investment performance. Penny brings
more than 26 years of financial and entrepreneurial experience to Kodiak.
Prior to joining Kodiak, Penny served as a finance
consultant at Globespan Capital Partners, a venture capital firm
focusing on information technology investments, where she was responsible
for working various high level accounting and tax projects, as well
as, assisting with the development of dashboards for Investing Partners.
Prior to her consulting work, Penny was CFO at Delta Global Trading
with responsibilities for trading, hedging strategies, trading relationships,
finance, operations, and compliance. Delta was a hedge fund specializing
in global fixed income and derivative markets, and one of the many
investing groups of Paloma Partners.
Penny grew up in an entrepreneurial family going
back many generations and she fulfilled one of her life dreams of
creating and owning her own couture boutique. Her target market
was professional woman desiring one-stop shopping for professional,
casual and evening attire. The business was successful during many
market upheavals and the decrease in discretionary spending. Prior
to owning her own business, Penny was with Millipore Corporation
as a Manager of Finance, Talbots as in Internal Auditor and Internal
Control Specialist, and started her career in Public Accounting.
Penny is an active member of the Bentley Executive
Club, Women in Alternative Assets, and WAVE. Active in several local
community and civic organizations, she has been instrumental in
raising funds for community organizations. Penny has a B.S. in Accounting
from Bentley University.

Anthony G. Marken is a principal at
Capitol Counsel LLC. He brings to the firm over 10 years of political,
legislative, and policy experience related to the Department of Defense
Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Act, defense-wide privatization initiatives,
and energy renewable programs. His expertise includes the policies, processes,
and issues related to this DOD legislation. Additional experience includes
active base retention strategies, military housing and utilities privatization
initiatives, and an array of other Pentagon-wide privatization efforts and
public/private partnerships within the federal agencies.
Mr. Marken has extensive experience working on
strategic planning at the local, state, and federal levels with
entities responsible for the redevelopment of military installations
associated with BRAC legislation. These initiatives include ongoing
strategic planning and implementation for the complex real estate
issues associated with former federal facilities which support defense-related
initiatives. He also assists the private sector development teams
in planning and acquisition strategies for these specific sites
and other federal properties. This includes assisting development
entities participating in the privatization of housing and utilities
programs at active military installations. He represents a wide
variety of clients associated with these programs.
Prior to joining Capitol Counsel, Mr. Marken
was a Vice President at The Washington Group, a Washington, D.C.
government relations firm. There he worked on numerous state and
federal issues related to BRAC and Energy Renewable initiatives.
His clients included national real estate development firms and
real estate funds, states affected by BRAC decisions, environmental
firms, and leading energy renewable companies.
Before working with The Washington Group, Mr.
Marken was Vice President of the Military Installations section
of ML Strategies LLC, a government relations firm at Mintz, Levin,
Cohn, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C., in Boston. He managed various aspects
of military installation issues related to retention, redevelopment,
and privatization for his clients at numerous military installations
which included Fort Ord in California, Charleston Shipyard in South
Carolina, and South Weymouth Naval Air Station in Massachusetts.
Mr. Marken received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Babson
College in 1980.

Mary earned her BA in Elementary
Education from UMASS/Amherst in 1988. She taught middle school full
time for 12 years and earned a Masters Degree in School Administration
at Bridgewater State College with accompanying certifications for
principal/assistant principal for grades K-9 in Massachusetts. She
is currently an advanced phase doctoral student at Lesley University
in Cambridge working toward a Ph.D in Educational Studies.
Mary has served 7 years as President of a non
profit organization called, The Hull Academic Support Coalition
(HASC,) in Hull, MA. HASC provides grants to teachers to design
academic enrichment experiences for students. HASC has provided
over $120,000 in grants to Hull students
Mary became involved in Need To Lead when her
sons began playing hockey in the Northest Elite Hockey League. She
values the developmental commitment of the league and the many volunteer
opportunities that her boys have been fortunate to be part of with
Need to Lead. |

Kevin Sennot is currently a senior at Westwood High School and has been a NTL Student Volunteer Coordinator for the past 3 years. Kevin has played a key role in helping to maintain relationships with organizations such as the Special Olympics and Cradles to Crayons. Kevin works closely with our staff to recruit volunteers for all of our events throughout the year.
Kevin has recently received nominations from Senator Kerry and Senator Lynch for both West Point and the United States Naval Academy. Kevin is a varsity hockey player at Westwood high school and an honor roll student. |

Michael Hagerty, a student
at Xaverian Brothers High School, Class of 2012, has served
as class Vice-President for two years; is a Class Senator
with the Student Council; is a leader in the Peer Ministry
program; plays for the Xaverian hockey team and is team manger
for the lacrosse team. Michael has been an active participant
of the Need to Lead program since 2007. Michael has been involved
with many different volunteer activities with Need to Lead,
such as Special Olympics; Alzheimer’s Walk; Passion
Plunge; toy drives for My Brother’s Keeper and clothing
drives for Cradles to Crayons. Michael returns this year as
the Student Volunteer Coordinator. |

| Rob Reilly has dedicated his life
to the youth in our communities across New England. Rob, a native
of Somerville, MA was inspired by his cousin Billy Johnson’s
courageous battle with cancer. He decided to take all that he learned
from this experience and pass his message on to others. He is driven
everyday by the memory of Billy’s strength, persistence, and
courage. Rob’s goal is to reach as many people as he possibly
can and deliver the message that "You can make a difference".
He has spoken to over 200,000 students and athletes of all ages. These
individuals have taken the Need To Lead message and made it their
own. |
