Event Review
A rainy and windy Sunday morning did not stop thousands of walkers or NEH players from volunteering their time in support of the Alzheimer's foundation annual Memory Walk. The NEH players from the Mite , Pee Wee, Bantam and High School Division spent their time cheering on walkers, providing support to the set-up crews and handing out ribbons to all of the walkers as they crossed the finish line. The Memory Walk is the first event this season provided by Need To Lead and the 'Know Your Role" Student Athlete Development Program. There will be more oppurtunities throughout the season for NEH players , family and friends to become involved and give back to their community.

Thank You Letter
Dear NEH and NEED TO LEAD,
Thank you for your commitment to the Alzheimer's Association and Memory Walk. Walkers and volunteers didn't let torrential rain damper spirits at last Sunday's Memory Walk. We couldn't have done it without you.

The Alzheimer's Association's mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected, and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

We look forward to seeing you at other Association events. Please visit our website for upcoming volunteer opportunities and programs.

Sincerely,

Carolyn Whipple
Development Officer
Alzheimer's Association, MA/NH Chapter
