Thank You Letter
We would like to thank all of the families from both the
Northeast Elite Hockey League and the Walpole Lady Jr Rebels
for coming together and supporting Cradles to Crayons.
Your efforts allowed us to deliver the largest donation
of the season to children throughout Massachusetts. When
we arrived at the Cradles to Crayons site shelves were empty
and orders were unfilled for many young boys and girls.
That quickly changed when the Walpole Express van pulled
up filled front to back, floor to ceiling.
Our toy drive for My Brother's Keeper will be taking place
shortly after Thanksgiving and once again both organizations
will be coming together with NTL to help local children
and their families.
A special thanks to the Walpole Express coaching staff
for making the Express vehicles available for our deilvery.
They have also secured both vehicles for our toy drive.
This was a true team effort!
Invitation Letter
There are 305,000 in Massachusetts living in homeless or
low-income situations and these families often have to choose
between putting food on the table and buying a coat or winter
boots for their child.
We have already received thousands of requests for winter
coats, boots, hats & gloves, and other essentials. Before
the weather gets too cold, our goal is to provide 15,000
kids with the gear they need to feel safe and warm this
winter - but we need your help.
We are encouraging all NEH players to bring new or slightly
used clothing to the Iorio Arena between the hours of 5pm-8pm
on Tuesday November 9th and Wednesday November 10th. All
clothing will be donated to Cradles 2 Crayons.
Thank you,
Trevor Reilly
