Need to Lead is proud to be associated with many of these local charities as well as the organizations we are beginning to support across the United States. Many of our former local volunteers are carrying the NTL messages with them to their college campuses and we are proud to announce that we will be in 10 states from California to Florida over the next year. The key to NTL’s longevity and success is due to the student volunteers who feel empowered and truly believe that they are NTL and all that it stands for.  Our volunteers through the years have come from many different backgrounds both socially and economically.  They all have varying strengths and weaknesses but our student volunteers fully understand that their common bond, their common strength is that they all have the ability to give back and together they have built NTL into a sustainable and successful volunteer community organization.

Need To Lead has a bright future and we are excited to continue our mission of motivating today’s youth to get into the game of giving and empowering them to make a difference in their community!

Thank You,

Rob Reilly
