Need to Lead visited the 7th grade at TechBoston Academy,
part of the Boston Pilot School Program, to discuss the
importance of giving back to their community and developing
leadership skills. Students were asked to write essays regarding
what they had learned from the presentation and what community
service meant to them. A group of students were selected
to participate in a service project based on their essays
for the Dorchester YMCA. Leadership Development and Community
Service training programs are provided by a generous grant
from Easton Sports to Need To Lead, Inc.
